In this obligatory first post, Tennessee Small Business website founder George Appiah hints on why he's building TennesseeSmallBusiness.com and what to expect in the coming days and weeks.
Thank you for visiting TennesseeSmallBusiness.com and for taking the time to read our very first blog post on this website. My name is George Appiah — the founder and publisher of this website.
I’m building this Tennessee Small Business website to help small business owners and entrepreneurs in Tennessee state take full advantage of the Internet and new digital marketing opportunities to attract new audiences, acquire new clients, and grow their businesses.
In short, TennesseeSmallBusiness.com will help you to grow your Tennessee small business, no matter what industry you may be in.
I know that’s a long journey ahead, especially as I’m setting off all alone and have no funding. But it’s a journey that I’m totally committed to making and absolutely convinced I’ll succeed at.
Right now I’m busy coding like crazy, only occasionally stopping to write down ideas that hit me or speak with human creatures. In order to maintain my sanity (and to keep you informed), I’ll be popping in here every now and then to the latest update. So far he’s what you can find on this website:
The about Tennessee Small Business page has more information about this portal, and some of the features, products, and services I’m cooking to serve Tennessee entrepreneurs. While you’re on this page, read all the way to the end of the page for the inside story about me: why I am and my personal motivation for embarking on this journey.
The contact page has all the contact information you can ever eat. Whether you want to get in touch by phone, email or snail mail, I’ve got you covered.
That will be all for now. But before I head back into my cave to code, I want to reiterate that this Tennessee Small Business portal is meant to be by Tennessee entrepreneurs for Tennessee entrepreneurs. So jump right in and share your wisdom and insights, list your business in the directory, or ask a question.
